Agenda for Friday, April 4: 

8:30 AM     Registration and check-in (Cardwell 101)

8:45 AM     Talk: Neutrinos and NOvA, Dr. Glenn Horton-Smith (Cardwell 101)

9:30 AM     Summarize far data analysis and determine CC vs. NC cutoff (finish NOvA Measurement, Part 1 from this page)
                  Penny Blue & Renee Teague (Cardwell 101) plus KSU HEP & Cosmology students

10:00 AM    Break & head to Cardwell 224, 222, 216
                   Divide equally between the three rooms, into groups A, B, C.

10:15 AM    Near detector data analysis using coding (Cardwell 224, 222, & 216)
                   This is NOvA Measurement, Part 2 from this page.
                   KSU students help.

11:35 AM    Group A: Lunch at Union. KSU HEP & Cosmology students attend.
                   Group B: Visit  nuclear reactor (40 participants max), Robert Seymour, Alan Cebula (Ward Hall)
                   Group C: Visit JRM Laser Lab, split into 2 smaller groups, with Dr. Charles Fehrenback (meet @ Cardwell main entrance on South side)
                      Ends by 12:20

12:25 PM    Group B: Lunch at Union. KSU HEP & Cosmology students attend.
                   Group C: Visit  nuclear reactor (40 participants max), Robert Seymour, Alan Cebula (Ward Hall)
                   Group A: Visit JRM Laser Lab, split into 2 smaller groups, with Dr. Charles Fehrenback (meet @ Cardwell main entrance on South side)
                       Ends by 1:10

1:15 PM      Group C: Lunch at Union. KSU HEP & Cosmology students attend.
