Agenda for Friday, March 27

8:45 AM     Registration and check-in (Cardwell 101)

9:05 AM     Talk: Neutrinos and NOvA, Dr. Glenn Horton-Smith (Cardwell 101)

9:35 AM     Summarize far data analysis and determine CC vs. NC cutoff (finish NOvA Measurement, Part 1 from this page)
                  Penny Blue & Renee Teague (Cardwell 101) plus KSU HEP & Cosmology students

10:05 AM    Break & head to Cardwell 224 and 216 (and 219 if needed)
                   Divide equally between the two rooms, into groups A & B. KSU HEP and Cosmology students help.

10:15 AM    Near detector data analysis using coding (Cardwell 224 and 216 (and 219 if needed))
                   This is NOvA Measurement, Part 2 from this page.
                   KSU students help.

11:30 AM    Lunch at Union. KSU HEP & Cosmology students attend.

12:15 PM    Group A: Visit  nuclear reactor (30 participants max), Robert Seymour, Alan Cebula (Ward Hall)
                   Group B: Visit JRM Laser Lab, Dr. Charles Fehrenbach (meet @ Cardwell main entrance on South side)

1:05 PM      Group B: Visit  nuclear reactor (30 participants max), Robert Seymour, Alan Cebula (Ward Hall)
                   Group A: Visit JRM Laser Lab, Dr. Charles Fehrenbach (meet @ Cardwell Hall north basement entrance)

1:55 PM     Meet at Cardwell Hall main entrance on south side and depart.
